TRAIN AHEAD OF TIME:-
While people of many ages and physical abilities can trek to Everest Base Camp. You will be more comfortable if you are in good physical condition to do so. TREK THROUGH PHORTSE:-
There are two main treks to Everest Base Camp. The first is the classic Everest Base Camp route that leads from Tengboche to Everest Base Camp. The second is a minor adaptation that treks from Lukla to Fortse Thanga before rejoining the classic trail to Everest Base Camp. The Fortse Trek Via Everest Base Camp does not take extra travel time, but offers a scenic,less traveled route.

STAY WITHIN LUGGAGE WEIGHT LIMITS:-
There are strict weight limits on your flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (the start of the Everest Base Camp trek).Your main pack may only weigh 10 kg (22 lb) and your carry-on may only be 5 kg (11 lb). Paying for extra baggage is possible,but not recommended.Any extra baggage you carry on your flight to Kathmandu will be carried by you or your porters up the mountain.
